HOW TO GET THERE:
The adventure begins in Huaraz, the capital of the Ancash region. From here, you'll travel along the Callejón de Huaylas to Carhuaz, and continue via Quebrada Ulta to the Punta Olímpica tunnel (4,736 m). From this point, your ascent to the summit begins.
