Huaraz (3,100 m) - Pashpa (3,600 m) - Campo Base Ishinca (4,350 m)
Transporte: 1 hora. Caminata: 4 horas.
Salida a las 8:00 am de Huaraz hacia Pashpa, donde un arriero trasladará el equipo hasta el Campo Base Ishinca. Allí se instala el campamento para la ascensión.
Campo Base Ishinca (4,350 m) - Paso Ishinca (5,100 m) - Laguna Perolcocha (4,800 m)
Caminata: 7 horas.
A las 8:00 am, empieza la subida con el equipo de escalada por un sendero zigzagueante hacia el glaciar Ishinca, llegando al paso Ishinca (5,100 m). Desde allí, se continúa hasta el campamento en Laguna Perolcocha.
Laguna Perolcocha (4,800 m) - Cumbre Ishinca (5,530 m) - Cojup (4,500 m)
Caminata: 10 horas (ascenso y descenso).
Salida a las 3:00 am rumbo al paso Ishinca para alcanzar la cumbre (5,530 m), con vistas panorámicas al amanecer de nevados como Ranrapalca, Tocllaraju y otros. Luego, regreso a Laguna Perolcocha y bajada hasta el campamento en Cojup.
Cojup (4,500 m) - Retorno a Huaraz
Transporte: 3 horas. Caminata: 2 horas.
A las 8:00 am, recorrido por el valle y río hasta la entrada de la quebrada Cojup (3,800 m), donde un bus espera para volver a Huaraz.
