Laguna Llaca

Your adventure begins with hotel pickup, followed by a shuttle ride to the impressive Llaca Gorge, passing through the picturesque village of Marian. After a 1.5-hour drive, you'll reach the beginning of the Llaca Valley, where the hike begins. The trail runs parallel to the river that flows from the majestic Llaca Lagoon, as you gradually ascend amid spectacular scenery.

On a hike lasting approximately 2 to 3 hours, you'll reach Laguna Llaca, located at an altitude of 4,470 m. Its turquoise waters, surrounded by towering mountains such as Ocshapalca (5,888 m) and Ranrapalca (6,162 m), will offer an unforgettable view. There, you'll have time to enjoy the serenity of the area and capture unique photographs.

After a short rest, you'll head back to the Llaca refuge, where our vehicle will be ready to return to Huaraz, thus concluding a day filled with connection with nature and dreamy landscapes.
